Appointment Reminders

SACE will send appointment reminders via email or text message should clients opt-in to these services. Usually, appointment reminders are sent around 9 a.m. for the next business day. Monday appointments will receive a reminder around 4 p.m. on the preceding Thursday. Please note: Timeliness of appointment reminders are contingent on office operations and closures.

SMS Terms of Use   

Agreement to Receive Text Messages

By providing your cellphone number and indicating “Yes” it is okay to contact you via SMS, you agree that SACE may send you appointment reminders via text message. Message timing will be related to when you have an upcoming scheduled appointment.

You agree to notify us of any changes to your mobile number and update your information with us to reflect this change. You may do this during any visit, or by emailing us at info@sace.ca

By using the service, you acknowledge and agree that we will have the right to change and/or terminate the SMS service at any time, with or without cause and/or advance notice.

Please note that the automated reminder system cannot receive text message replies. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please email info@sace.ca

Message and Data Rates May Apply

Though SACE will never charge you for the text messages you receive, depending on your phone plan, you may see some charges from your mobile provider. Please reach out to your wireless provider if you have questions about your text or data plan.

Privacy

Like your health information, your messaging consent data isn’t being shared, sold, or bought. Your information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates even if you opt-in to receive appointment reminders and other scheduling
